About The Role

In this role you will ensure an exceptional and consistent product is delivered to customers every time. You will work alongside all kitchen team members, ensuring the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively, in accordance with regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you'll need significant experience in a similar role and be confident working in a process driven environment. You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and may have experience working within a franchise system.

Must be availble to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate as part of a team within a fast paced environment

·         Ensure consistent, excellent product is delivered

·         Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

·         Maintain all day to day kitchen operations including ordering, training, cooking and quality control

·         Ensure you are contributing to a fun, vibrant environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers

 The Ideal Candidate

·         Previous strong experience as a Chef or cook in a similar role

·         Have all relevant industry certifications

·         Experience in the setup of a new kitchen/restaurant ideal

·         Excellent communication and strong leadership skills

·         Experience in a franchise system of benefit

·         Ability to work weekends and public holidays

·         A positive attitude and energetic nature
